Mi story with escape rooms II
27 de May de 2024
I’ve searched for a long time, but what could be the reason? I’ve studied my whole life up to the highest degree. I’ve spent more than 9 years studying to solve this mystery: psychological processes, nervous systems, mental systems, etc.
I’ve tried many kinds of fun activities to recharge my energy, but it wasn’t enough. I didn’t know how to solve it until, on my birthday, my friends prepared a surprise for me.
It was 8 years ago, but I remember it like it was yesterday. They didn’t tell me where we were going. I thought it would be a great surprise because, after all, they know me better than I know myself.
We arrived at a mysterious place in a basement…

As we arrived, it was clear from my face that I wasn’t thrilled about the surprise. The place seemed strange. But being with my friends made me trust the situation. I listened to the rules without saying anything: “You have one hour to escape” and “You have to discover the secret of the room…
Entering a room, the door clicked shut. I heard: “Escape if you can!”
Ugh. There was a mix of emotions: lots of tension, lots of pressure, lots of laughter, and the relief of escaping in the last seconds. We burst out the door like a bomb, full of energy, laughing, shouting, screaming…
It was the best gift of my life.
Finding the solution cooperatively, having as much energy as kids in a playground.
Touching my forehead, I thought to myself: How simple, how effective, how obvious!… The game gives so much energy. It’s an adult playground game, but at the same time, we felt like kids with family.
